Hitomi needs to get fucking pregnant ASAP before she gets any older and her body goes. The pregnancy will speed it up, but the legendary Tanaka J-Cups in milk-mode would be heavenly to see, AND since she has gone to Nadine-J's site - Luna or Arena could take a crack at sucking them dry.

When can only hope. Be careful what you wish for though. I read a interview she did where she said when she decides to get pregnant she would retire and focus on family. That will be a dark day indeed
