Analyzing this picture from my perspective as a practising female gynecologist, the fact that Roxanne's labia are not fluttering suggests that she is still a virgin. Further support for this virginity theory is the nature of her professional work: she spends much of her time giving lessons at Rustboro City's Trainers' School, thereby rendering her unable to engage in heterosexual activity.
