Artist fucked up the height.
Stheno is 41 centimeters shorter than Raikou, but in this picture they almost have the same height.

i think this is part of the murder mystery story they did a wile ago where they had Fate characters stand in for the characters in some book. Raikou as the mom and the gorgon twins as the daughters and mephistopheles as the younger son....shit is not going to make sense with ages and heigh.
