no the bow and the graphical errors are deliberate, in her game, Monika literally breaks the universe shes in and removes EVERYONE but you and her with similar graphical errors as a sign of her force hacking her own game

Late, but maybe still relevant: use FFmpeg.
For basic usage, `ffmpeg -i file.mp4 file.gif` should be enough, but be wary of the size - any videos longer than a few seconds will produce *massive* filesizes. You might be better off with converting it to APNG, although I don't know if Discord supports that.
