left: quality control (she can't be involved in making them since no apron)
middle: shes get 'em up and frosted (notice the dick is smaller before it gets to her)
right: cleaner? or apprentice?

I believe you are partly correct. The one on the far right gets them hard, not the middle. Watch closely. Then the middle appears to be the one putting frosting on top but the girl on the far left confuses me. Yes she is obviously QC but she also...opens the frosting bottle it seems? One second she is holding the clipboard and during the "accident" she is holding the frosting bottle. We should take a short fap break and deliberate a little further. But regardless THE ONE ON THE FAR RIGHT IS MY WAIFU SO FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait wait after further fap and deliberation I see the truth! right girl gets it hard, middle girl does the top frosting, and left girl has by far the hardest job (no pun intended) she apparently puts the finishing touches on it you see the drizzled frosting all over it and then does the QC inspection. Now for one more fap.

OK 1st middle girl is best girl (those nipples!)
after reading previous comments I think it goes like this

left: quality control + finishing touches (you can see her holding a container at one point, I'm guessing it had sprinkles in it)
her job isn't messy at all so no apron
middle: frosting decoration, shes the one that coats it in the frosting
right: gets it "ready" by getting it hard, cleaning the mess was more of a bonus thing since these dicks don't normally cum (I assume)... but she could still be an apprentice
