Maybe Gentle will take all blame/responsibility to save La Brava from going to jail. She becomes part of a new "villain rehabilitation" program started by UA and learns to use her powers for good. She's too occupied from seeing all the teenagers being taller than her despite her older age that she bumps into Mineta in the hallway and this happens.

Well that seems like a stretch but also the funny thing i looked it up, she’s taller than mineta but not by much
