He just noticed the lack of a cover for her ass. it was probably innocent before lucy convinced her to stuff the back part between her big ass checks, telling her it would push her cheeks and make her ass look look bigger but since hers is already big the cloth also disappeared right between her cheeks leaving her entire ass exposed just like how lucy's ass always is ( even in this pic)
