Backstory according to the artist:

After a long night of studying, Haruhi suddenly felt so tired and collapses just outside her school's entrance... Before she lost her consciousness, she saw a mysterious hand reaching to her.

In this first pic, Haruhi is seen just regained her consciousness. She found herself tied up, gagged, and chained on a bed while being watched by her captor. Haruhi stared angrily at the captor.

@Bondagefan Sure was nice of that passerby to make sure Haruhi got home safely. Of course, he didn't take her back to HER home but, why get caught up in the details?
