Damn shame such a kaiju this awesome has so many chances to be in a Godzilla film, yet always get shafted in the end. Even though I prefer the now canonical version of Bagan, the original concept of having multiple forms and ends with the demonic totem form has been on hell of a good idea, damn shame it never came to be, but it's something to behold.

Technically it's not, but the way this simulates the original concept of the totem form of Bagan is uncanny.
