I complain about the boobs more than the budget. I like women having big boobs in anime, but in One Piece it starts to get annoying because each important and serious scene makes me horny every time I see them, and that really puts off my mood.

It's the low budget that causes these scenes. The girls' tits change sizes in every scene and they're drawn like shit because Toei literally drags in people off the street to do the work. There is fuck-all for size consistency in SJ anime-- it looks ridiculous, not even appealing.

When you put it like that, I guess that's the only part of the budget I hate. And it's really worse when some, not including the new, female characters have better character development than every harem show mixed together. Toei makes it feel like you're looking at a friend that you respect your whole life, and that friend had like 60 plastic surgeries done on them.
