This falls under neither.

1. A furry is an anthropormprphic character that has more animal features such as human features, and its clear to see this character has very little animalistic features.

2. Otherkin is a term for dysphoric freaks that think they have the soul of mythical creatures and are trapped in human bodies.

This has nothing to do with either of those things.
