A meeting of the rich... Though I probably would have to say Weiss’s famly corporation may be more rich, or at the very least, more important. Because while Kaiba may have a huge role as a world-selling corporation for Duel Monsters, it’s only seen as a competitive card game in the eyes of the general public.
The Schnee Dust Company on the other hand has a far more important role in the RWBY world because Dust is essentially various forms of different energies underground that can be used in various forms. They are essentially responsible for powering cities, all forms of transportation and for ammo in weapons. All of that could be used as altier means of power where Kaiba is from (and might be even more effective).
So Kaiba, you can screw the rules, but Wiess has more money.

I don't know, I've never seen the Schnees with their own private space elevator and space station, global surveillance system, power-nullifying technology, and afterlife invading technology.
By the time of Dark Side of Dimensions, Kaiba's so fucking rich that he can do whatever the hell he wants.
