I'm guessing that this is an attempt to show Mikan as being conflicted about what she's doing with brother. However, at this point, it's a little miss-leading for the viewer. Think about it. She's already having actual incestuous sex with her brother, that means she has already given into her own desires, and forsworn any doubts or reservations about what she actually wants to do. From the viewer's perspective she should be over her doubts, not reconciling with them now that she is finally committed to what she wants.
So it looks like she's ashamed of incest, while committing incest. That's confusing.
If you would want to convey emotions like shame, doubt, innocence, or any other complex reservations in a realistic manner that people understand easily. You need only copy what happens in real life. When people have doubts and reservations, they never show it during sex. But they do show it before and after sex, all those emotions come bubbling up mostly in the afterglow. That's fact and is easily recognized (by the viewer) and demonstrated (by the producer). Sex is simple, the emotional baggage (ever if is very, very hot) before and after isn't.
On a side note: I just hope there is an anal scene or two.
