Although they cover most of the text in the background, it's reasonable to believe what's written is "Choujuu Gigaku," which is the name of their band together. It's best not to translate it, since it's a name. But if you must know the meaning, the "official" translation seems to be "Dance of Bird and Beast," while the literal translation is what's written at the bottom of this image, "Wildlife Ancient Music." "Ancient" can also be replaced by "traditional" music in as far as translations are concerned, which is kinda ironic because they're a punk rock band supposedly, with a lot of loud and chaotic songs between the both of them.
