Looks like a HK416 with an Aimpoint M2 or M3 dot sight.
No iron sights. That's having faith.
Multicam vest rules out contractor (no camo for PMCs). No helmet - more faith. Plain clothes. I'm guessing SFOD-D member?

After doing some searching, I discover the character's name is "Reese", that she IS apart of a PMC, and that the artist has a lot more artwork of her and other original characters all over the web.

Always cool to see someone create their own thing. :)
