Nightmares and Doppelgangers would actually benefit from her venom. It'd make them less shy and use their real forms charms instead of their dream invading and illusions.

And I also think the image of a nightmare trying to dance when her lower half is a horse is pretty funny.

I did a little more digging, and it appears as though the original source was a now deleted account on VK (a Russian Facebook clone).

On the bright side, I found a Pinterest shortlist full of images just like this one, so it wasn't a complete futile endeavor. For anyone who's interested, just Google "sexy mage, myth, creature girls." It should be the first result.
