But I also understand, I feel the same when I saw the artwork for the very first time. Intelligent Systems knows Celica is a popular character thanks to the remake. I'm pretty sure Celica will get a legendary version later and based on her Rigain class outfit.
This classic version reminds me the Fire Emblem Cipher card of Marth's original design, which is the same Intelligen Systems didn't had to make it but it's a cool thing to see "modernized" classic versions of beloved characters.
