So I know this is an old comment, but I thought I'd leave a correction. The text actually says "Nee! Kore hodoiteyo!". Looking it up, 'hodoite' is a form of the verb 'to untie'. So it seems her arms are tied up, and she's saying something along the lines of "Hey!! Untie this!!"
