Not necessarily. It could be that she never stopped breast feeding her kid. Its possible to still produce milk if you keep your breasts stimulated and continuing milking them, long after you've stopped nursing your children. The most obvious way is to simply continue milking them, like if you intend to donate it to other mothers who need milk but for some reason can't lactate. Or in this case, if you never stopped breast feeding your kid.
