it's from the rumour that she's gonna replace oak in let's go pikachu&eevee game since they are pokemon yellow's remake and pokemon yellow were based on the anime.

i think it's because of the twitch pokémon marathon and they passed season2 and her appereance. so its a good time for artist to draw her

If only they show the episode with Lorelei in it which is very annoying because of jinx. >:( Oh well, at least Professor Ivy is finally getting some love.
