Maybe if Japan actually had Porn Star men like the West does we would. Unfortunately Japan always seems to hire just random guys. I mean, The Porn industry in the West specifically hires guys with big dicks, since not many men have dicks bigger than 8 inches. I also don't think the Japanese use penis pumps and other methods to give a larger penis before the sex is shot. Professional Porn is all about the illusion though, and should not be taken with any credibility to decide anyone's sizes or features. That's how we end up with stereotypes that are never proven by science.

Same goes for western porn, just replace smaller dicks with larger dicks. It's not that uncommon to find porn where the dick is just too big for the person being fucked and it's clear on their faces. =\

The name of that actress is Stacy, a very hot Caucasian actress. I'm not sure which work this is from though, nor am I sure of her last name(it's probably just a stage name anyway), but google "Stacy jav" and it should pop right up.
About the actor thing, JAVs tend to use the same ones over and over, actually, it's just that they're censored. And things like the small asian dick stereotype or more just running gags than actual stereotypes tbh.
