I wonder when western artists will finally realize their shemales are not futanari. It doesn't matter if the site lumps them together, it doens't make it any less stupid. Newhalf characters are not tagged as futanari. The tag definitions are mutually exclusive. For "futanari" to apply, the character must have both a penis and a vagina. If the character does not have a vagina, they should not be tagged "futanari". "futanari" is not a catch-all for dickgirls.

Considering that Junko is a girl in canon, and newhalfs are men with fake fits, she classes as a futa. You need to base traits on the actual character themselves, and not solely based on visuals.
