This pic could be explained by Deku having an accident with another persons quirk. Tbh with some of the weird quirks in the series, it wouldn't surprise me if someone had a quirk that made their target a megnet of the opposite sex.

Also this is the internet get used to fucking self insert pics. Hell I wish i was one of those girls, and there is nothing wrong with wanting to interact with one of your favorite characters.
