Jacques isn't a Schnee, so by the logic of the drawing itself, he can't wield any of the Schnee based powers and shouldn't be included here.

@Anon#2285112 Also, Jacques dragon ISN'T a Blue Eyes. It's Chaos Emperor Dragon. Also, Whitley having Chaos Max Dragon is pretty interesting, considering that it's a pretty fair outlier of the Blue-Eyes line, lacking direct synchronizing with other Blue-Eyes monsters, having a DARK attribute (only Blue-Eyes to have it), plus being a CHAOS monster.
On the flipside, Weiss, Winter and Willow all have mainline Blue-Eyes Dragons.
