Ibuki was hotter in 3. She was definitely more thicc and had a better main costume. Her eyes weren’t quite as big and her feet was some real foot fetish fuel. I think SF3 was the start of SF girls having big fuckable feet and later Juri came along and kicked that shit into high gear.
