Yes, it works like Patreon. Whatever tier you pledge to monthly will let you view all past rewards at that pledge level. Luckily, 23 currently only has one level.

Just please try not to upload the fanbox rewards elsewhere. I know people want to see them, but I don't want 23 to give up on it. His Fanbox is the key to getting more brownie lewds.
