Educated guess. She needs to pump the semen out of the bottom tank into the bucket to press the button. If not semen goes in her for 72 hours as per usual (everyone knows pregnancy is guaranteed after 72 hours). The breats are also being milked adding to the tank she must pump. Once button is pressed she get key and like a roll of duct tape or some nonsense clothes to go home in. She also has some arbitrarily small time window to finish the pumping into the bucket.

However, moving her hips also moves the upper container itself, and if she lowers it too much, it will creampie her with the semen that is still in the bottom container. She has to pump all of the semen into the upper, "safe" container, and only then should she press the button. The more semen she pumps into the upper container, the heavier the it will become, and the more energy it will cost her to keep it from hitting the button before all of the semen is out of the bottom container.

It'd be funny if one of the times the woman is put in the situation, the 72 hours, etc, but she has a contraceptive implant good for a couple months
So she gets creampied until it is dripping out, she gets plenty to drink, and even more drizzled all over her, but no worries about pregnancy

She can only really pump with her waist, so I suppose that the strain on her nipples is purely for agony. The more she fills up, the more continual strain it puts on them. I wonder how much that actually hurts in real life. Is it enough to make her give up?
