Actually, this is just one of those artists who tags trap as futa, which is not uncommon on Pixiv. Many Japanese artists often tag anything feminine with a dick as futa. Japanese live action porn even typically refers to androgynous crossdressing males as futa. Pixiv tags do not take precedence over the tags here.

And no, one being futa and one being male is not shown explicitly in other images in this set. The 2nd image in this set explicitly shows that the one on the left is male, and the 3rd image in this set explicitly shows that the one on the right is male as well.
