They're playing Street Fighter 2. Chiyo is Sagat and Shiho is either Ryu or Ken (probably Ryu given the rivalry context). Chiyo's side of the cabinet is yelling "TIGER! TIGER! TIGER UPPERCUT!" while Shiho's is yelling "SHORYUKEN! HADOKEN! TATSUMAKU SENPUKYAKU!"
