There's Chi-Chi from the original Dragon Ball, and I also quite like Bra, but for the most part, you're right. Proper lolis in Dragon Ball are very rare.

What place or role does a loli even have in a series like Dragon Ball? Young Chi-Chi, Arale, Suno and presumably others don’t stick around for very long because there’s no plan at large for them. I’m actually surprised Chi-Chi and Mai came back and weren’t completely forgotten and dropped like another certain lady from the original Dragon Ball.

Well, Chichi wasn't dropped because of the proposal to Goku and Teen Goku needed a Love Interest, and sicne this was the most realistic Outcome for him... i mean it wasn't a need that came from himself of course, but from the Authors Perspective i guess.

Yeah, a loli has no place in DB, because it's not that kind of series and target audience.
