You'd have to get an arrow shaft slightly smaller than 5.7mm thick with a sabot around it and a preferably "cold" loaded 5.7x28mm blank cartridge and it could theoretically work, though it would either shatter the arrow shaft outright or it wouldn't be accurate in even the most generous definition of the word because there'd be no fletching around the arrow.
