Hah, the EVA-1 being there has a funny story behind it, actually.
When they were originally approached, the executives behind Neo Genesis Evangelion were skeptical about how being turned into a SuperDeformed version of itself on the game would affect the EVA-1's image.
The Director then proceeded to verbally bitchslap them and say, basically, "You will NOT Keep MY EVA from joining the likes of Mazinger-Z and Getter Robo!"

Mazinger Z (Tranzor Z in english 1972) was this first Mecha I can remember. well other than Transformers (1984).
No Voltron (1984)? No Power Rangers Megazord (1993)?
No Zoids (1982)?
Zoids: New Century Zero/Zoids: Chaotic Century (1999)
No Big O (1999)
Megas XLR (2004)
Mazinger Z Transformers Voltron Megazord Zoids Big O Megas XLR.
All great Mechs

If they went against each other, I think it would be
1. Gundam. Fast powerful and made from gundanium. And can fly in outer space.
2. Transformers Zoids. Both are real mechs. A human pilot that’s age 20 or so can’t react or respond faster than a bionic machine than has been its own pilot is entire life, how ever long that is. Transformers can scan and become any machine.
3. Big O. capable of acting on its own. Weaponry such as missiles, piston powered punches, machine guns and laser cannons. No stealth grace or ninja like speed.

But if you hit the barely guarded pilot, it over.
5. Voltron. I don’t remember them having any guns, but it can fly in outer space
6. Megazord. They don’t have and guns like the others do and then can’t fly.
If a Transformer scanned a Gundam, the Transformer would win.
If the Power Rangers went against the 5 young pilots from Voltron, Rangers would win.
Mazinger Z’s Chest Ray and Eye Laser can technically melt everything especial that the Slow Big O
This is just my opinion
I never seen Neon Genesis Evangelion to make an acurate positions statement.

If they went against each other, I think it would be
