Saying that your comment contains spoilers is not the same as using spoiler tags to actually hide the spoiler from view, and will still result in a ban if you do it again.
We use the tag "trap" regardless of how a character identifies, since we have a tag-what-you-see policy, and how a character identifies is not something you can actually see in an image.

Furthermore, we can't say for sure that this would even apply to all pictures. Illustrations drawn before the spoiler would have been art done by artist that that thinking the character was a girl, drew it as one or it could simply be an artist that decided that character that they drew really was a girl no matter what was canonically suggested, in such cases then such images should be tagged with genderswap instead.
However since that would itself actually spoil things, even such actions could not really be applied here. However looking at this image while part of the crotch is obscure by the leg and as such it can be said that this could be a "trap", since it is a leotard it seems more likely ion this case that it really is a genderswap. So the whole discussion is silly.
