For those in need of context, it references the newly-elected Brazil president Jair Bolsonaro, an extreme-right millitary politician with a complete disregard for human rights, in favor of weapon legalization, death penalty, and the mentality that "a good bandit is a dead bandit".
He has referenced the 1964 dictatorship a lot of times. Also he was stabbed on the abdomen during a public walk a coouple months before the elections.

The book parodies "O mínimo que você precisa saber para não ser um idiota" [The minimum you need to know not to be an idiot], by Olavo de Carvalho, a conservative brazilian philosopher, writer and journalist. Also a huge european wannabe.

The mug "Moro neles!" ["Moro on them!"] references public judge Sérgio Moro, responsible for the "Lava-Jato" operation against corruption and money laundering, and a recent public figure on the judgement and arrest of ex-president Lula, who recently got a post as minister of Justice and Public Safety.
