The Pixiv commentary keeps the lyrics from Omoi yo Hitotsu ni Nare that are already written on the art going.

This image is a reference to how Sakurauchi Riko's seiyuu, Aida Rikako tried to learn the song on piano for Aqours live performances even though she had no prior experience, and at one time, failing the intro live, suffered an on stage panic attack. She managed to play it fine after calming down and a few other times after that.

Several live shows later, during their Tokyo Dome concerts, she stops playing after the intro and a new version is introduced. One were she dances with the other 8 seiyuu for the first time for this song.

This picture is a reference to this, with her character donning a matching outfit for her that wasn't present in the anime.
