I'm convinced that Grima wasn't really "evil", so much as driven insane in a similar fashion to how Dragons could be (without their 'Dragonstones', their minds slowly deteriorate).

So I'm guessing this is a returned Robin, still connected to Grima, but without the added insanity & complete possession of his body.

Or it's just the Fire Emblem Heroes version of Grima that you can summon like any other character and make him obey your every whim and make him work together with people he hates.
