I posted this idea in another Tsunade picture but, based on the legends of female ninjas using seduction as a means to incapacitate their targets. I like the idea of the Tsunade and the other female instructors not only teaching the kunoichi in training how to seduce men, but teaching the male ninjas in training how to resist said seductions.

If they succeed in resisting enemy seduction they are rewarded by sex from a friendly kunoichi. Strengthening resolve and loyalty to the village.

Over time Tsunade developed a shota fetish, especially with the sons of her former students.
