I find it odd that something made to control her mind is attached to her chest. It also makes for an obvious glowing weak point too. But it does give us an excuse to look at her cleavage and grab her around the chest area though...

I think what they should’ve done was instead of it controlling her body, it instead sends pleasure through her entire body every time that Wesker complimented or praised her or doing whatever he wanted while sending pain if she did the opposite, which would, by the time that she and Chris were ‘reunited’ Jill would be head over heels in love with Wesker and be willing to do whatever he wanted even without the device on her chest.
