Actually, the good thing about breast milk is the nutritional value, not the taste. The taste is often said to be like unsweetened soymilk, which is to say not great(though this can be improved significantly by their diet). If mixed into something(or if sugar and perhaps vanilla are added) it'd be pretty good.
