This chart is right on most counts, but strangely inaccurate in others.
1) Tomoe and Shizuka aren't "Master and Servant." They treat one another as equals. In fact, Tomoe is closer friends with Shizuka than she is with Reina.
2) Claudette doesn't hate Reina, in fact she loves her very much. But she's completely loyal to Count Vance and doesn't like that Reina keeps running away from her responsibilities.
3) I've never seen any indication that Erina wants to make use of Menace. If anything, the desire would be reversed since Menace wants to make use of everyone she can get her curse onto. Also Menace seems to want Reina more than anything.
4) Echidna and Allayne aren't old friends. Old ALLIES maybe, which isn't the same thing. In any case, Allayne clearly does not think highly of Echidna, and the feeling seems to be mutual as Echidna keeps referring to Allayne as the "Thousand Year Virgin," which personally sounds to me as quite a rude thing to call someone.
5) I don't think Echidna dislikes Nowa. Rather she seems to look at Nowa as an underling of Allayne, and seems to want to use Nowa as a tool to further needle Allayne by trying to corrupt Nowa and teaching her tactics and behaviors Allayne would never condone.
6) Menace and Sedora are not "friends." They are clearly in a "Master-Servant" relationship. In fact, the descriptions for Tomoe-->Shizuka and Menace-->Sedora should be swapped. That would be much more accurate.
Other than those little things though, I think the relationships are pretty accurate.
