The funny thing is, most of these outfits are available for the characters in Tales of Graces to wear, either through sidequests or DLC.

It makes sense to put Tear and her melons' into Judith's outfit. Although, strangely enough, her clothes were amongst the modest ones while Natalia barely fought in anything.
