^I always thought the same. He just prepares generic poses and add the details so, technically he's not fast he only cheats or gets ahead of the other artists.

Or maybe Borys Is an insider and works at Game Freak, that's the only explanation possible ????. He draws the fanart ahead of time because he already knows the characters and when they get revealed he has It ready to upload.
