Well, for starters... Are you blind? I post WebMs AND gifs.
Two: People ask me to make gifs. But, if you haven't noticed, I post WebM versions of almost ALL the gifs I post.
Three: You could always send me a request for a WebM instead of staying a bitchy, anonymous user. Just throwing that out there....

Also, what happened to your hands? Go make something yourself if you wanna see it SO bad.
