*sigh* Those were the days. The days when Yugioh wasn't the insanely complex mess that it is now. While I don't blame Synchro, Xyz, or Pendulum, as they're all playable and useful mechanics, I DO blame Link for turning the game into toxic "break-my-board" wars. Not to mention crippling the Extra Deck entirely in the process.
At least the other three mechanics were optional, along with Fusion, but now we forced to use Link if we want to use the Extra Deck at all. Without giving the Extra Deck any more space to compensate for it I might add. They really should've stopped after Pendulum, as the game is a nightmare to play now. Makes you miss the days when Yugi was still around. *sigh*
