I think that's Electrode, not Voltorb.

Unless I'm mistaken, Voltorb is red over white while Electrode is white over red.

I believe You're Right, although Anti-Villains do use both Versions, Game Freak usually uses Electrodes like out right Methods & Metaphors throughout the Series.. Also, which Stat-Booster is that there in front of "Electrode's Chin"?.. <3 <3 <3
