I don't have a full translation, but based on what I can read and what the pictures suggest,

Kirby is asking why Banjo's belly is 'bald'.
Aren't all bears like this? is what Banjo answers.
But Kirby says that bears belly are fuzzy, Banjo sees all the other iconic bears in other series and how their belly are not 'bald' and now Banjo is in shock or having an existential crisis thinking he isn't a bear.
Kazooie is there yelling at Banjo to wake up.
