Another foolish girl adventurer? Damn! Doesn’t anyone ever talk about what the goblins are capable of doing or how they behave to these ladies? Not telling them is tantamount to a death sentence with the possibility of adding more goblins to the world. A high ranking hero is shit scared of them so you’d think at this point they’d be treated as a legitimate threat and not just a nuisance.

Goblins are treated as not a threat because of their individual strength being low, resulting in even beginner adventurers or farm hands being able to defeat them. They are also generally of low intelligence and thus poorly equipped and not possessing much of worth. Due to this most will not deeply investigate looking into the threat of Goblins, most will move on from killing goblins outside of their nests quickly to go onto more lucrative prey and thus never get a sense of danger about them.
Most adventurers see Goblin Slayer as just a wierdo oddly focused on Goblins. Though thanks to the Goblin Lord, due to Goblin Slayer being there to warn and get people moving against the threat, at least one town has come to actually understand just how dangerous leaving goblins alone to evolve can be. However that won't really motivate them much to start going after Goblins. After all, Goblins do not have much value in terms of worth of rewards nor loot that can be claimed.
