Oh, ow...I see where this is going. For folks who need an explanation, the girls start at the bottom with their rump pushed into the dildo and their arms/hands chained to the ground. Then they get raised up, via the dildo, until it rips their ass up. Normally, the dildo would just slip out, but note the two blades on the dildo near the floor. Pretty sure those blades slide out to keep the dildo in place, like a fish hook. End result is agonizing pain, but not death. Shit, this guy has been watching too many "Saw" movies or something.

Unfortunately joomy the likely hood of this hitting a major blood vessel is slim to none and the death resulting would take hours with the "lucky" survivors being left scared and likely incontinent for the rest of their lives. biology realy screws with your enjoyment of these pictures some times.
