Blue pubes, it could be Ephraim! Wait, his pubes would be a lighter shade, so it must be Ike! But Ike's sexuality is often questioned. So it must be Chrom! I always wondered how Lucina would look with green hair.
Lol. Merely jesting of course. Probably implied to be Hector, but since Heroes brought so many dark blue haired characters that existed throughout the series, it could be anyone!
