Lisa is a dark skinned American woman, that's all we know for certain from the game's canon and from looking at her. Her fighting style is also Luchadora, which is basically Mexican wrestling, and a lot of her moves and stuff in the games are in Spanish, so you can speculate that she's at least part Latin American. Maybe a mix of black and Latina, or she could just be an African American who decided to learn Mexican wrestling.
She's also a scientist. So I guess you can say this video could make actual sense with her actual character, so that's cool.
